The Coromandel is famous for its fresh food and talented chefs. Most of the food served in our top cafes and restaurants comes from a 100km radius, fresh from the ocean or homegrown local produce. To assist we’ve created the Homegrown Food Trail. Be sure to follow the trail; look out for the advertising flanners and those advertisers marked with the Homegrown seal.

Twin Tides is situated aboard the historic SS Ngoiro which once ferried travellers across the Waitemata Harbour. Retired to her current harbourside home in 1999 she has been recently restored to her former glory to create a timeless setting for a unique restaurant and wedding and function venue. Delicious food and excellent service is our hallmark.
