Calling all young songwriters! Here’s your chance to hone your songwriting skills while learning from accomplished musicians and producers based local and internationally.

The inaugural Coromandel Songwriting Camp is a free, five day workshop where young songwriters aged 13 to 18 will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills and build on their creative know-how.

HOW TO APPLY:

The call is for interested songwriters aged 13yrs -18 yrs from the Coromandel. Spots are limited to 20 participants. Applicants will need to email in a short video of themselves playing their instrument,
singing or any music they have produced.

It is not a prerequisite to play an instrument, however, musical knowledge will be part of the acceptance criteria. Videos can be accompanied by a short statement as to why they would like to the part. A review panel will make the final decision. All applicants will be emailed whether they have or have not been
successful.
