Heritage Trail for Tairua
Dont miss the opening of the Heritage Trail in Tairua.
Opening on 1 June the trail will consist of 40 plaques mounted on treated pine railway sleepers featuring old photographs and explanatory texts.
There will be two trails both starting at the Tairua Information Centre and taking walkers on flat routes either north or south for approximately an hour each.

Fishing the Coromandel
With around 400km's of coastline and over 100 offshore islands, The Coromandel is one of New Zealand's favorite marine playgrounds.

Update in timetable for Glass Bottom Boat
The Glass Bottom Boat Cathedral Cove Cruise departs daily from the Whitianga Wharf at 10.30am & 1.30pm
During the winter months the water becomes very clear making it sensational glass bottom viewing.
From May through to September we see New Zealand Fur Seals on most trips, basking in the sun on the rocks behind Mahurangi Island.
