Mr Vintage Sweet Shirt
The winner of The Coromandel’s ‘Sweet Shirt’ competition has been revealed. Kristen Clarke of Auckland took out the top prize and the opportunity to have her t-shirt design showcased around the globe courtesy of Mr Vintage.
Destination Coromandel teamed up with Mr Vintage in a search to find a ‘sweet shirt’ design that reflects why The Coromandel is good for your soul. Ms Clarke believes the design reflects “A retreat, an adventure, a celebration, a second home. From its stunning beaches, dramatic bush, laid-back towns and superb gigs & festivals, The Coromandel has been part of my life since early childhood. The rugged beauty, relaxed vibe, and friendly locals keep calling her back year after year. When it comes to feeding the soul, the Coromandel really lays on a banquet.”
The low cost competition administered by Destination Coromandel received high engagement over the two weeks it was live. 30 photos were submitted with 395 votes and over 80,000 views on facebook.
