Coromandel Nature Tours
Based in Whitianga, we offer professionally guided half and full day tours on The Coromandel Peninsula (visiting places like Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach, New Chums Beach, Opito Bay, Otama Beach, the 309 Road, Waiau Waterfall etc.), Day Trips to Hobbiton (Movie set of The Hobbit) and Waitomo (Glowworm Caves), Overnight Tours (to Rotorua, White Island and more). We also do airport transfers between Auckland and Whitianga. We specialise in tours for families and international students. Our guides speak English, German and Japanese.
Our tours leave from Whitianga, but Private Tours can be booked from almost anywhere on the upper North Island.
A minimum of 2 people is required for most tours, but our groups will never be larger than 11 guests.
Our driver-guide has over 20 years experience in guiding groups and is happy to share his knowledge with you during the tour.
