Oamaru Bay

Coromandel Town

Oamaru Bay is a beautiful beach for swimming and or relaxing either under the sun or under the protection of the lovely Pohutukawa trees.

Public toilets across the road.

At low tide it is possible to walk across the sand flats from Long Bay or Shelley Beach. There is ample public parking along the grassy verge and picnic tables are also located under the trees.
