Less than 10 minutes from the surf town of Whangamata is the secluded settlement of Onemana. Beautiful views of offshore islands, golden sand beaches and rocky inlets framed by Pohutukawa Trees are further enhanced by the pure escapism.

The only company you’ll find here are a few locals, bach owners and native wildlife that have protected sanctuaries along the beach.

Onemana is great surf spot, but don’t tell too many. Fishing and diving from is also great in the area and swimming is a pastime for all to enjoy.
