The hills & valleys of Coroglen hide a colourful pioneering history. Today you can ride through this picturesque landscape from Rangihau Ranch, a working beef & sheep farm, following some of the old pack-horse tracks of the 1800's.
The guided trail rides of 1 -2 hours take you through native bush & across open pastures into the rugged Coromandel Ranges to take in the stunning views out across The Coromandel.

We run a team of 30 well-conditioned trekking horses to suit all ages, size & experience of riders. Young children are well catered for with small lead-rein ponies available.
We are situated in Coroglen, 1/2 way between Tairua & Whitianga, 10 mins drive out to the beaches & we have a self catering cottage available to rent.
