We live on a 27 acre conservation block within a surrounding 400 acres of regenerating native bush. There is a large amount of native flora and fauna as well as tuis, bellbirds, some very precious kiwi and many other birds and species. The area is valued by us and the community alike and we are pleased to offer our studio cabin - nestled in the midst of it - for holiday rental.

Ideal for couples or families with school-age children, the studio comprises two full-size single beds which double as couches, a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A dining area, woodburner and television add to the facilities. (All bedding, towels etc provided).

A kitchenette with fridge and two gas hobs allows you to cook indoors and/or there is a full barbeque for use on the spacious deck. The wonderful indoor-outdoor living options allow you to make the most of this unique retreat; be cosy indoors or take in the sun and five-star views while relaxing outdoors on the deck.

Eight minutes to Kuaotunu where you'll find great woodfired pizza, a cafe and a gallery. We are an easy drive to countless beautiful beaches, sights and pursuits in the Coromandel and just twelve minutes into Whitianga for shopping, restaurants or bars and tourist activities.

Unique, private, expansive bush environment; a true retreat. No other house in sight, just beautiful views down a valley of regenerating bush and out to sea - with Great Barrier island in the distance. Away from it all but handy to it all.

NB: Please note that absolutely no smoking is permitted - no exceptions. Due to our being nestled in the bush in a covenanted kiwi conservation area this rule has to apply. Thank you for your understanding.
