The Waterlily Gardens Wedding Venue can be found 1.5 hours drive from Auckland, and about an hour drive from Tauranga and Hamilton, at the foot of the Coromandel Ranges, just 5 minutes from Waihi, and 10 minutes from Waihi Beach.

Though weddings can be booked at the garden throughout the year, The Waterlily Gardens hosts weddings from September through till the end of April, providing you with a beautiful Garden Wedding Ceremony, a wedding reception in The Garden Pavilion, which seats up to 120 guests, and wedding accommodation in two luxury Garden Cottages, with exclusive use of the Gardens.

The Waterlily Gardens has beautiful, diverse settings for your Wedding Ceremony. Our guests love spending time choosing a special place within the Gardens; perfect for their ceremony.

Conveniently, receptions at The Garden Pavilion are short stroll through the Garden following the Ceremony. Bridal Party photos are usually taken onsite, allowing the newly married couple more time to celebrate their wedding with their guests.

The Garden Pavilion provides a romantic setting nestled in the Gardens, overlooking mature trees, a stream and rustic bridge. The Garden Pavilion was designed with two glass sides, which makes decorating simple; it’s already so beautiful with the flowers and greenery of the gardens.

We are always available to help, guide and complete any theme or decoration you may desire in The Garden Pavilion, whether it’s formal or informal. The Garden Pavilion seats up to 120 guests, and we offer a number of catering options to best fit the style of your Wedding.
