Nestled below the misty summit of Mount Moehau on New Zealand's remote bush clad Coromandel Peninsula, lies pristine Tangiaro Valley. This is a special place - take a deep breath, relax & unwind!

Relax in the tranquility & understated opulence of our stylish bush lodges. Fully self-contained with well equipped kitchen, laundry, open plan lounge and dining and a covered BBQ area. Choose between one or two bedrooms. Bathe in natural un-chlorinated rain water, recline on the deck with a good book or curl up by the cozy gas log fire. Each one bedroom lodge can accommodate up to five friends or family. Listen for the distinctive call of our nocturnal kiwi at night from your deck.

Enjoy the atmosphere of the on-site café/bar/restaurant which is open most days. Unwind in one of our outdoor spa pools or indulge in a on-site message treatment (by appointment).

We have a helipad on-site if you would like to arrive by helicopter.

Hours:

The accommodation side of Tangiaro Kiwi Retreat is operating 365 days. Cafe/Restaurant and Bar are available for in-house guests all year round. In the summer season 7 days a week. In the shoulder and off season arrangements can be made to customers requirements. The facilities are also open to the public.
