The Coromandel - October 2014

The Gold Discovery Centre is now open to the public, coinciding with the start of the school holidays. Get amongst this interactive journey from the early mining days to the modern mining processes used today. There are plenty of hands on experiences, such as the vibrating drill that bores into a wall of rock, simulated explosions, giant lego displays and much more. The discovery experience is complemented by the existing Waihi Gold Mine Tour.

Brits At The Beach  2-5 October

An awesome weekend of Brit filled fun. With a Village Fete, Scruffs Dog Show, Food & Drink, Music, Cars, Fancy Dress, and of course, some Special Guests.
