Tourism Coromandel have developed this CD Rom Image Library for our tourism marketing partners to utilise. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you are clear about the usage of these images and that you qualify.

The images contained on the CD rom are available for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Coromandel region as a destination – promoting our region MUST be the primary focus usage. Images cannot be used on commercial products, where the primary focus is the product being sold rather than the destination.

Tourism Coromandel allow images available to the following user groups:

• Media (Magazines, newspapers, etc)
• Inbound Tour Operators/Wholesalers
• Other Tourism Promotion Organisations (Tourism New Zealand, District Tourism Organisations, etc)
• Business Partners of Tourism Coromandel - where their use meet the criteria for marketing and promotional activity for the Coromandel region.
• Major visitor related events and conferences.

Rights to images are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Please remember:

• You have read and signed the Image Lending Agreement form before you use the images. If you have not read and signed this document please contact Tourism Coromandel – email [email protected]
• For each image used, approved captions and credits to Tourism Coromandel, the relevant photographer and /or copyright holder is mandatory.
• Users will also be required to supply samples of published images to Tourism Coromandel so that correct usage can be monitored to gauge the effectiveness of its image distribution systems.
• Incorrect labelling and/or failure to acknowledge that an image is from Tourism Coromandel will be viewed as a breach of these terms and conditions of use.
