Contact Us
We're a small New Zealand team that tests online casinos with our own money. If you've got a question, a correction, or a bad experience with a site we list, we want to hear it.
The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to [email protected] and it lands with our editor, Liam O'Connor. We read every message ourselves — there's no ticket queue and no bot — and we aim to reply within two business days.
What we can help with
- A slow or refused payout. If a casino on our list has held up your withdrawal, tell us which site and what happened. We re-test operators when players report payout problems, and a site that stops paying cleanly comes off the list.
- A correction. Spotted an out-of-date bonus figure, a wrong payout time or a broken link? Point us to the page and we'll check it and fix it. Our ratings change when the facts do.
- A review request. Want us to test a casino we haven't covered yet? Send the name. We can't promise a listing — a site has to earn it — but we do read every suggestion.
- Feedback on the site itself. Something confusing, something broken on your phone, a guide that missed the point — that's useful to us. This site gets better because readers tell us where it doesn't.
How we handle your message
We only use the email address you write from to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't pass your details to the casinos we cover, and we don't need any account or financial information to answer a question — so please never send us passwords, card numbers or copies of your ID. If your issue is with a casino's own account or verification, we'll tell you what to send them, not us.
A note on what we are
The Coromandel is an independent review site, not a casino and not a regulator. We can't open, close, verify or pay out on anyone's casino account, and we can't intervene in a dispute on your behalf. What we can do is test sites honestly, warn you about the traps in the fine print, and drop operators that treat Kiwi players badly. We may earn a commission when you sign up through our links, at no cost to you — and it never changes how we score a site.
