Visitor Guide Advertising Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT
I agree to pay in full for a listing in the Coromandel Visitor Guide by the 30th July 2019.
I understand that if payment is not received by this date, the listing will be pulled and will not feature in the publication.
1/12 page listing Text Only(Homegrown section only). . . . . . . $200.00 + GST
1/6 page listing . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$425.00 + GST
1/4 listing . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$700.00 + GST
Full page listing . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$2,040.00 +GST
ACCEPTANCE
1. The Visitor Guide advertisement booking will be acknowledged with one layout proof which will be submitted to the advertiser for approval. Advertisers will have 72 hours to request alterations.
2. The Publisher reserves the right to decline advertising for any reason.
3. The Publisher may limit the number of space allocated in any type or class of advertisement to ensure page numbers stay within printing requirements.
4. The Publisher may alter the publication specifications without prior notice, but will advise the advertiser to any substantial change.
5. The advertiser warrants that the material is accurate in detail, is the title of the advertiser and does not breach any copyright, trademarks of the Fair Trading Act provision.
ADVERTISING MATERIAL
1. The publisher accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising in relation to, or in connection with any material supplied, or omission of any advertisement.
2. Copy and images must be submitted to the Publisher within 3 days of the date of acceptance, otherwise the Publisher will have the authority to write copy and supply photographs for the advertisement.
LIABILITY
We accept no responsibility for information you have provided or for any breach of copyright or statutory regulations related to the presentation of your information.
We expect you to meet all your legal obligations in terms of information accuracy under New Zealand Law. Failure to comply, or any breach of these conditions will result in the immediate withdrawal of your listing without refund.
We make every effort to ensure information is accurate, however, we accept no responsibility for any actions taken by you or your customers as a result of information supplied on this guide.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All businesses must operate a legal and reputable tourism entity and meet their obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.
