Come and explore our side!

We are at our best when we are on holiday. Breathing in accessible beauty at a leisurely pace, taking a break from the everyday and living life as it should be.

Come to The Coromandel for a relaxing break in our great outdoors and discover why this is a place where Kiwis love to holiday. With our laid-back vibe and leisurely pace of life, you can live like a local, with the luxury of a simpler, safer way of life.

Being part of the wild beauty of this place is our privilege, and it is also in our nature to engage. It’s a place where nature and people connect, a place that gives back, that is forever good for your soul.  We value actions that restore and preserve our land, our sea and our nature and we value connections with people so we can share our art, culture and heritage.

Visit us in late summer and autumn and you will find walking tracks to deserted beaches, cool forest trails to rocky summits and deep gorges and welcoming rural villages each with their own charm.

Our closeness to Auckland airport (1.5 hours drive) means your holiday starts right away and you can fit some time in our backyard into almost any New Zealand itinerary.

It's easy to get around, you won't need to drive long distances and you can link together some safe and accessible experiences in our wild nature to suit the whole family.

The simplicity of a getaway in The Coromandel - that's why it's where Kiwis holiday.
