Family owned since 1915 registered as a NZ Historical Place Cat.1. In a remote part of the Kauaeranga Valley, Simun Devcich, created a farmstead. He traded with the gum diggers living in bush camps in the valley. The original buildings still remain.

We also offer several activities that are available to guests. History tour through the old buildings - 30 mins - Free. Llama trekking along the old tram track - 90 mins.
