The bedroom has a King sized bed. The lounge is very spacious, it contains a dining table and TV. We offer Netflix. There is a small fridge plus tea/coffee making facilities available. I provide granola, yoghurt and toast for breakfast. I am happy to share my kitchen if you wish to prepare meals. There is also have a BBQ, and an outdoor gas ring cooker that you may want to use. We have a secure area for bikes, and a spa pool for guest use. We are 3kms from the Thames Golf course and just 75mins from Auckland Airport. For our guests who arrive by bike, we have a bike stand and a few tools if you need to do some minor adjustments. Also we have the odd spare set of golf clubs if you couldn't bring your own.
