Pahi Coastal Walkway - Planting Site
Pahi Coastal Walkway is set on a traditional beef and sheep farm covering 5000 acres at the northern tip of the Coromandel Peninsula. Established in 1931, this family-run farm reaches from sea level to the highest point at 670 meters and is now operated by Zander, a sixth-generation farmer.
The walk was created to fund the fencing of bush areas and additional planting on the farm. Recently, the main waterways have been fenced off and planted in collaboration with Colville Harbour Care.
Why Plant Here:
- Enhance the health of newly fenced and planted waterways.
- Help maintain and enhance the scenic landscapes of the northern Coromandel Peninsula.
- Support efforts to balance productive farming with environmental stewardship.
Your tree donation will help protect and beautify this historic farm, ensuring it remains a vibrant, sustainable landscape for generations to come.
